What do you mean to say? ESO server has nothing to do with latency in games, and of course not connection failures either.

you didn't read what i wrote
i said the connection from europe to america often stinks
if they had a local ESO in Europe or a seperate page for europe, would make multiplayer a lot more enjoyable for us
don't understand me wrong...i LIKE playing against the whole world, but this way i rather have more localized stuff
i can hardly type only europeans every time when i set up a multiplayer game or join only games like that cause you hardly see that
and IF you see that it's germans only or such
(LOL@brussels should be destroyed)

The problem is that it doesn't mean anything where the ESO server is located, because it's only involved during the matchmaking. It has nothing to do with latency in games. The connection between Europe and the USA is also quite good. For instance there are huge cables going from hubs in Holland and France to across the atlantic. I even remember playing games like Ultima Underworld on american servers and seeing american gamers getting worse pings than I got from Europe. It's possible that your ISP doesn't have much access to those transatlantic links for some reason. Maybe they are just cheap.
