AOK and AOE lacks the diversity that AOM has between the civs

AoE was all about the Rush. While in AoK, it was more about Defence and castles. Age of Buildings more. AoM is more of a rushing game you could say.

IMO, AoK is a better game than AoM. Of course, it all depends on a gamers taste. I myself really don't like the faster-paced AoM all too much. It seems that it's easier to be good at AoM than it is to be good at AoK.
Me, for example. I started playing AoM online just yesterday. (I've never played it much at all off-line) However, I'm already a decent player, despite my ignorance of the various strategies. (I just rush, nothing fancy)
Maybe my experience with AoK (almost two years playing it online) has given me a jumpstart at AoM.

I like em all, all games fill a different niche....
