As with many of the funniest threads, it's already been closed, which is a great shame because obviously a lot of work went into it and it is very well written *sigh*

Wow that was in depth. I really learned a lot Im gonna start practising MOST of those things on that list....no no all of them....Im glad someone has the time and ability to write up a great guide for newbies like me...
