Don't you think it would be cool of they made the game a little more realistic. For instance, in real life, an arrow usually will not kill both a knight and the horse. Wouldn't it be cool if the computer could tell if the horse or the knight got killed. If the horse got killed, then the horse would die and you would be left with a long swordsmen instead(2 handed swordsman if a cavilier's horse died and a champion if a palidins horse died). If the man died then the horse would be turned wild and be able to be caught by any nearby civ. Also, if you bring a 2 handed swordsman to a wild horse, then it would be turned into a knight. I you bring a champ to a horse, then you get a paladin. If a man at arms got a horse, he would be turned into a light calvary. When the game starts off, maybe there could be wild horses roaming the map and they could be caught like sheep. It would make exploring a real incentive cause you would have a chance to get some cheap knights. The same concept could be used on arabian maps but with camels and maybe even elephants. If you bring archers to horses, you would get calvary archers. I think hand canoneers would work and would give a lot more players the chance to use conquistadors. I think these ideas would be pretty cool. It would be funny to see a pikemen take out a paladins horse and then watch the left over champion kick the crap out of the pikemen for killing his pet. Anyone else have any thoughts?
