New game, new forums...

Cool beans.

I just hope all mythologies will be included, such as Native American.

Native American mythology is probably my second favorite form to read next to Greek.

Peace.

sorry to say, but the discussion so far has ruled out "all the mythologies"

someone in another post offered the best arguement for that (something like this):
Either have many civs with few gods/creatures or few civs with many gods/creatures.

but hey, the game is a long ways off... who knows?

I really like the Aztec mythology. They were so different from the Old World civilizations...

Joanie gave me Noel to hold while she ate her eggs. What an ungainly package: incessant squirming, foul discharges from every orifice, and you have to hold up his drooping head or it will fall right off. They should pass these things around in high-school health class, if they really want to scare kids into using protection.

I have to admit, they did have some of the coolest names. I mean, "Qetzalcoatl"? That's just COOL! There are plenty of others, too, which are so cool I can't even remember how to spell them.

Well, they didn't have a written language like we do, with letters and so on, and the names they used were words in their language, so they didn't have any trouble with them...we, on the other hand, have a difficulty with them because, they are, well, foreign to us...

Whatever.

I keep thinking of "Tenochtitlan", but I'm afraid that was just the name of a city. There was probably someone else whose name ended with "-itlan", though.
