You should have edited :P Do you mean the plant at the back?

That, is a screenshot from Age of Mythology:The Titans. We've seen everything on it numerous times before. nothing new whatosever and this should be in xpack discussion where you'll find the other 5 threads on the new screens.
i saw this screenshot only a few days ago, it is recent, so i guess everyone hasn't seen it.

I meant the things on it, not the actual shot... @Mokon, oh, ok. Well the plant is part of a god power I think, but I do know it captures nearby units with its tentacle things and waves them in the air. Supposedly doing damage. Oh, and I didn't mean to be horrible, was just stating the truth clearly

I think your right, in the bottom corner of this pic, its eating some ulfsarks.
Maybe it is a new Gaia attacking unit like the wolves and bears..etc..?

Carnivora
This power will create a small garden of flesh-eating plants that will devour any human unit that comes near.
Are those guesses of the god powers? if not they sound very interesting

Sorry, a little OT but the gp sounds like a good use would to be to guard a tc that you want to take in heroic.
maybe its that godpower called "spider lair" or something. it lays hidden under the ground and when an enemy walks over it, it appears to eat that soldier. afterwards, it has no use anymore and is only decoration

Spider lair is a bit different, because casting it will give you spider eggs, unlike this one which'll just give you a garden of carnivorous plants.
The thing is, it's totally useless against ranged units.

To answer a previous question, our X-pack section is based on the showcases, screens and released info and aren't a guess in any way.
