This means the player can't build on his settlements without them getting destroyed. This results in the player having a lower population limit (120-140) compared to the opponents 160 population. You can see what will happen.
Changes Made to Current Game
1.)Players can build 2 other settlements (not including there starting TC) any where on the map
2.) Can only be built once (exception see point 4)
3.) When destroyed they are left as ruins (how they start of in AoM now), allowing the enemy to possibly build on it.
4.) If destroyed before they achieved 25% completion then you get the resoucres back and can place it in a different spot.
5.) To prevent players Norse players getting an early pop advantage and camping by building 2 settelements close by. Settlements can't be placed down right next to each other. There needs to be a radius around a settlement in which other settlements can't be built in.
Other possible changes:
1.)Players can build 3 other settlements (not including there starting TC) any where on the map
Allows for larger armies (180 pop)
2.) The more Settlements you build the more resouces are required.
EG.
2nd Settlement costs 350 W 250
3rd Settlement costs 400 W 300 G
