If you look in the AoM>sounds>dialog folder there is a whole set of recordings that the campaign characters speak.
Obviously having too much spare time on my hands, I've looked through some and discovered some interesting messages:
garg051: "Ah, Zeus has blessed you with a Titan! It will not be enough to stop me. You are too late!" Erm, where's the titan? Isn't that X-pack stuff?
kems053, regi070, regi071, regi072, athe051, athe052, odys052, odys053, odys054, garg058, ajax113, garg087, garg089, setn054, setn056, kastor059: I may not have explored the campaign fully. Can someone please enlighten me where these, and some others, appear?
any other thoughts / discoveries?

the reginleif ones are from the scenario ES released to people who bought the game from a certain place. Look in the AOMH downloads, its probably there. (the scenario was hella easy to beat).
I think the campaign storyline was meant to be slightly different in the past and they did some changes close to the release date. For example, the "real" unit name of the Poseidon Statue, used in triggers and RM's, is "Titan Bad". Maybe some changes were also done to make the campaign go faster. For example, I saw some sounds where Athena talks about Arkantos's past (how he defeated Theris, saved certain cities, etc), which I thought would've been good background info to use in the campaign, but they are never used in there.
