I noticed that whenever you build a granary or farm that is touching the part of the dead animal..that animal dissappears! one time i was huting this elephant and built a granary right next to it..but when the granary is done, the elephant is gone! (hey it rhymes!) anyway has anyone experienced this annoying problem?

It's not a bug, if you build something over a dead animal obviously it disapears...

If your eyesight is that shit that you can not place a granary not over a dead animal then you really shouldn't be playing so much.. or just use norse with oxcarts.

I definitely think those are good ideas (as I too have experienced the frustration of building on my animal bodies sometimes), unfortunately I think they would require a reworking of our building placement system. I'm not sure how much work it would take but I suspect it would be a lot.

well, being able to build farms on carcasses and not make the animal carcasse disappear would be a good idea; but a granary really wouldn't be... after all, vills can't walk over granaries, so if a granary is over an animal you'll just have vills wandering around becasue they can't get to the carcasse...

It makes perfect sense the way it is, just do like Dean says and don't be a tard.
