Chaos seems to me to be too weak. Part of the reason for this, IMO, is due to the fact that the gaia units have no upgrades. 3 or 4 hippikons in the midst of 8 heavy hippikons with Bronze upgrades makes for a worthless god power.
It's not an offensive or defensive GP, really. You essentially use it to disrupt the enemy. Maybe you are scouting him and you see that he's massing an army - cast it, and watch them attack things randomly, freaking out the other player for a while. Got an army after you? Cast it on the front few units so it will mess up the forces, having to chose between continuing to chase you while being beat up, or stop to eliminate them all while you make a speedy get away. This is all hypothetical, as I don't have the game yet, but I can imagine it.
It seems like chaotic units should be extra powerful.

The GP isnt meant so that the converted enemy units can cause damage/kill the enemy units, its uses lie in:
1.) Reduces size of enemy army
2.) Distracts the enemy units at a time, allowing you do deal some extra damage.

It still seems kind of weak when its cast on human units. IMHO, it seems as if a few of these Atl god powers that ES has made multi-use would be better off as a more powerful, Single use gp, and this is one of them. As it is right now, 4 units, and if you're lucky, one MU, converted in an average army isn't going to help much by heroic, especially when they die so easily.
