I am just curious as to why the weekly war storries from the forums parties have ended... I myself always loved reading them, I don't know if anyone else did, but I always appritiated em. So can anyone tell me what happened to them?
FYI: this is my frist post here (but I have been reading these forums for quite some time now)

i didn't really read them all that much but occasionally tried to find the game that had the guy who posted them jsut so i could get in on the write up!
war stories were very good, i liked reading them during my lunch breaks at work (also in between work, sssh don't tell my boss)do they still host the forum party meetings in general discussion. i have never been to one so sad

But just as the smoke cleared, a red cloak of silk burnt and battle worn blew past the fire, and from the buring embers of the catapault Sir Grayhorn emerged, Jalmal's Bain still strongly grasped in his right hand and his kite shield lined with steel pierced with arrows held high in his left. The hero had endured.

Did you people honeslty read them? Sorry, but I can't imagine anything more boring. I find watching recorded games bad enough.

I read them, yes, and it was cool.

I stopped writing them because they take way way too much time; total it would take me a good 2-3 hours to write a single warstory when it came down to taking the screenshots and writing the story. Considering that I have a total of 4 administrative jobs (FMT, Halo, AoMH and EH webmaster), something as minor as that had to go. If I get time again, I'll write some, but for now with school beating me to death with a club, I haven't the time

Thanks for replying, that is too bad, I will miss em, but I do hope you will write 1 every now and then, fear not, there are people who take time to read and enjoy them (excluding signalfires)
