Implode, as we know, continues sucking in units until there are no more, then explodes and damages the buildings around it.
During a game against a computer player some time ago (Yes, I am very aware that computers are lousy players, thank you. My connection doesn't allow any ESO fun), I cast Implode right where his army collects when they are built. I noticed then that the computer continued streaming in units into the area, and therefore retreated my own army to sit somewhere away out of range from the Implode sphere.
So the computer continues sending more and more and more infantry into the Implode sphere inside its own town, and they all get sucked in, so much so that I eventually get convinced that the nearby Settlement's going to be blown off the map. The sphere grows bigger... and bigger... and bigger...
And vanishes.
Yep, that's right. The Implode ball simply vanished, the buildings went back to their original shape, and there was a massive pack on enemy infantry standing on one spot. Their buildings weren't even damaged!
Needless to say, my army got beaten up that time. I built another and had my revenge, but that's another story.
Anybody else had this effect?
