If random weather is still included in the game we should be able to see the weather affecting other places on the maps. E.G. You can see rain clouds with colums of rain coming from far away when you camera is level with the maps surface.
Also, there should be a trigger in the scenario creator that causes storms etc.

Yes that would be cool but.. I don't think there is random weather, and if there is, it won't affect gameplay.

Maybe snow clouds deposit snow and change land or something, but that would be difficult at best...

I'd like random weather but it shouldn't affect gameplay(except for god powers), i think that someone from ES said that the game should be won by skill not good weather.
scenario editor storms would be cool

BTW there should also be wind so we can see waves get bigger and grass bend and ripple in the wind and leaves blowing all over the place.
