When did the Norse FH hold any real power anyway ??? Odin FH was used to somewhat counter the RA FH of old but other than that Norse FH has never been very powerful.

Norse FH has always been sort of weak. You needed uber Jarls to make some use of it (which were nerfed) and it only worked against the RA FH because of poor scouting and becuase Odin Jarls could beat camels.

Yah, I thing norse is not the "indicated" civ for a fh. I think those are the eggies and specially Isis and maybe Ra becus of his camels. I play norse, and I usually attack early on classical and do big damage to my enemy there. Then when I can afford it, I go heroic. But I don't fh. It might be good with Odin though, becus of his hill fort units... lol there are just to many strategies really.
