i was playing vs comp and for some reason my plague of serps attacked its vils. Atl spiders dont. Maybe it was some odd error because i couldve sworn POS doesnt work on vils. It shouldnt becase then you just put it next to a settlement or a valuable gold mine and the vills are toast. But then i thought "hey, ive only seen it vs Atl vils, So maybe it does work on greek, egg, and norse". I know that walking woods attack villagers but then again thats a heroic age god power. So...?
I told you I'd be back.

They work versus vills. To balance it, vills deal bonus damage versus them, and kill them very quickly.

Yes, it takes about 2 hits from a villager to kill a snake. So PoS works on them but really doesn't do much.
I think that its funny, because when you surround a vill with em, and it cant go anywhere it just sit there. lol but then again, I have an odd sense of humor

Spiders, only attack enemy units walking by. But further more, I dont know what you are talking about.

Well its pretty obvious why spiders don't attack any vils. You'd just put them near an enemy gold mine and that would = 4 dead vils. That may not seem so horrible, but consider what it would do vs an Atlantean. 4 dead vils in 2 sec = gg. Would be completely overpowered. Snakes can attack vils, but they suck at it horribly, whereas spiders instant kill.

No if the enemy was smart they would use villies to kill eggs. Eggs have 0 hack armor making it take around 3 shots to take it down and they dont hatch for 20 secs EDIT: If spider lair worked on villies
