It appears to be a reoccurring prob for some of us.
Even though your language is set correctly, set it to something else, then set it correctly again, like in my case it's English US, I set it to another English then back to English US, then reboot your system. This works for me and I've had to do it twice now over the past year.
FAILURE is not an option, it comes bundled with the software.
