how can you tell how fast a unit can deal damage. For example.
A Murmillo does 8 hack damage. How often will the murmillo deal that 8 hack damage to another unit head to head.
Also
Oranos gives 10% speed bonus to all human units. Would a murmillo attack 10% faster?
let me know

- 8 damage in 1 second
2. Oranos gives 10% speed bonus to all human units. Would a murmillo attack 10% faster?
- No, only the moving speed changes

No Oranos give +10% Human Unit Speed (which means walk/run speed)
The damage shown is Damage Per Second for all units except Son of Osiris, Petsuchos etc. that fire very slowly.
Murmillo in your case would deal 8 Hack Damage per Second.
A Turma, for example deals 4 Pirece Damage per Second. Since it fires once eery 2 Seconds, it deals 8 Damage per hit.

so basicly every second a murmillo does 8 damager to any given unit minus there hack armor %
I see arrows hit the ground a lot, does that mean the turma missed? If a unit can miss does it still do 4 (in turmas case) ever second, or like you pointed out 8 every 2?
If a unit can miss, how is it factored, and can murmillos or units that do hack dmg miss.
