We start out separated by the wide, deep Nile. My self, as a follower of Oranos in the southeast. My enemy, a servant of Kronos, builds up north somewhere.
I send all three Oracles in different directions and start training two villagers. My existing one I send to gather food from the nearby sheep. My scouts pick up 6 more animals as they explore over the sand.
I send one villager to collect wood from the palms and the second to the closest gold mine. A third villager constructs a manor and temple, then gathers fruit from the bushes. I know have four villagers, and over 400 food, so I advance to the Classical Age with aid from Oceanus.
I create a Military Barracks, and create a few Murmillo. I upgrade the group to Medium Murmillo and fend off a group of enemy Murmillo who apperntly got bored at home and hopped on a ship. With at least a dozen workers I build over the settlements and construct three docks that are spread along the banks. In the Heroic Age I fend off attacks from Kronos and build up enough to expand to the Mythic Age with Helios. My army grows to at least twenty Murmillo, a trio of Fire Siphons, and a dozen Arcus. I transport them without trouble and begin to shredd some stray enemy town centers.
Down south, I am attacked by a mass of Satyrs. I convert my citizens to heroes and demolish the group with minor casualties. Then send them back to work at the farms. I continue my attack on my foes outskirts, catching villagers with my Arcus army. Suddenly I am attacked by a clan of Automaton that is to big for my forces to counter. My army is torn apart and scattered across the landscape. I see them board transports and begin to ferry across the water. I start to build Murillio, and convert them into heroes. The Automatons didn't stand a chance. But I didn't see that they had other men to counter mine. Their Chieroballista destroyed all of my new soldiers. Their Destroyers tore apart my towers and town centers until there was nothing left to rip. My whole city was in pieces. I was defeated.
I used to be crazy but I fixed it myself.
