@KoTH, you can continue further discussion with me if you want through e-mail as I don't want the thread to go more OT or reply to stupid posts.

@signalfires, I agree its their job. But you must also realise its their job to make money, show a profit unlike the government. You can not say, that till now ES has done a lot of stuff to address the community's concern, maybe sometimes they released updates too early even. As far as ESO goes, I would again say that ES is fairly new to having their own gaming service. Till now they did a lot of things to fix other people's problems, the latest one is caused by updates from MS (which really ES can't control, and MS is not going to test their updates by seeing whether AoM works or not). We would all have loved if the problems were solved within a day, but that's not how all things work. Apart from that in a month, the most important gaming event of the year is happening and I am sure ES wants to have their stuff ready for that.
I know where you are coming from, but just the non-addressing for a recent problem can't deprive ES of the support that was shown before that. If you will look at some other games, the developers/publishers, haven't even released one patch since the game is released, and ES, by far is much better than being with them.
Can you do the Double Yoda?
A sexual move, where you do a double backflip, insert your penis into the orifice of choice, and scream, "Afraid are you?"
