Your animal headed monsters really look like minotaurs.

Well, they are shorter cuz it's zoomed out and the angle.
But, just look at the size and look of the head.
They might have got a shield cuz of an upgrade.

At first I thought that those were Minotaurs too but I thought to myself: "Why would the Norse have Minotaurs?".
Also check this pic:
They look diffrent.

We saw these units in a previous screenshot or movie.
I'll try to find it.

Not Minotaurs.
If you haven't figured it out yet, there is not a whole lot of overlap among the 3 cultures.

I'll make a wild guess....
A cow-like unit belonging to the norses
Anyway, thanks for the clarification DS. You've just saved me hours of searching in the screenshots.

I don't even think ships overlap really...but I could be wrong, I'll do some more research on this now.

Hmmmm im stumped....I have just searched over a LOT of sites looking for anything on "animal-men" (the guys with hair) and have found absolutley NOTHING! (except on deer-men but they wouldnt be lugging axes around, theyd use bows)
Is it the same like always with a new graphik or is at an UU?
Every culture will have diffrent sets of art. That includes buildings and units.

Vlkodlak (Slavic): A wolf-man in Slavic folklore. The wolf was the most feared creature in northern and eastern Europe and Vlkodlak was the personification of the wolf.
Notice northern Europe? And how Norse mythology sometimes overlaps with other mythologies from around europe? Well those furry headed guys might just be wolf-men
But the cavalery in this screen is a different unit than the normal norse cavalery we saw yet, isn't it? I think it is.

So...?
Notice that "normal" Greek cavalry doesn't look like "normal" Norse cavalry. They might have the same stats but with different art to represent two different cultures.
