Although I'm too lazy to find the aom disk and watch the game (sorry) I can do an analysis of the games statistics (I could only find one where you advanced in under 5 minutes). I've noticed the following things:
The game lasted 32 minutes. You reached heroic after 25 minutes. You didn't produce any villagers in heroic age. You can't afford to go 7 minutes without making villagers, especially when you only have 49. Keep producing villagers until you have at least 60-70, if not more.
It took them 7 minutes 47 seconds to reach classical age. A 4min 55 sec advance suggests that you will play aggressively and so you should have been able to defeat the opponent while they were still in archaic (in fact they only made 8 military units, and some myth, in the first 13 minutes). If you aren't going to be that aggressive a slightly slower classical time (maybe 5:30) may be advisable, since you would enter classical with a stronger economy.
Your most used unit was the hoplite. Their 1st most used unit was the chariot archer and their 3rd the axeman. Maybe you were using the hoplites when they weren't using those units, but just in case you were fighting these units with your hoplites (which might account for your very high military unit loss rate compared to the size of their army) remember to use the counters to the opponents units.
If it's better than your previous games then it's good that you're improving. You've still got a way to go (I can't pick out exactly how well you played without watching, maybe I'll watch it at some point and give you some more tips), but if you keep improving then you could be a good player.
