I was playing a 2v2 and had just resigned when my remaining buildings and vils just started being detroyed all by themsleves. It was like the enemy was deleting them one at a time. WTF?

Team mates can destroy anything left behind by someone who leaves the game before them.

FAILURE is not an option, it comes bundled with the software.
The graduate with a science degree asks, "Why does it work ?"
The graduate with an engineering degree asks, "How does it work ?"
The graduate with an accounting degree asks, "How much will it cost ?"
The graduate with an arts degree asks, "Do you want fries with that ?"

Sometimes, it is useful. You may want room to put your own buildings. It seems strange that your teammate would get rid of everything though.

My Scenario: Battle Pit
There once were four people named Everybody, Somebody, Anybody and Nobody. There was an important job to do and Everybody was asked to do it. Everybody was sure Somebody would do it. Anybody could have done it, but Nobody did it. Somebody got angry about that because it was Everybody's job. Everybody thought that Anybody could do it, but Nobody realized that Everybody would not do it. It ended up that Everybody blamed Somebody when Nobody did what Anybody could have done.

actually, undoubtfully, the reason ES put this feature into aom and aot was so in team based games, the norse opponent could not gain free favor from ur dead allies villies or buildings. just like deleting ur old granary thats under attack from hersir.

Hmm thats true..Or else Norse would get favor...and I wouldn't delete my allies town i would go there and build another base for myself and use his extra buildings as defense..

Yea Ive known that for a while. But also if you get a real noob ally who is just a dbag he will build walls around you and leave no gates then quit... you can just delete the walls then
