There's a lot of wrong things going on here, but let's just look at your economic buildup:
~~~
~*You sent your two initial villagers to wood. Send them to food. You should have normally have 4-5 villagers on food before touching anything else.
~*Go after hunting whenever you can! The first thing you should have done is hunt all those zebra. Also, researching Hunting Dogs immediately is a good idea on most maps: on Oasis, it's questionable, but still usually worthwhile.
~*Your economy was very scrambled; for a while there, you only had one Ox Cart: as soon as you send someone to gold, they should have an Ox Cart. Wood? Same thing, generally speaking. This should be easy as Loki, since they're cheap.
~*The most important thing is constant villager/dwarf production, right up to your advance (and after it for quite some time, although that takes alot more practice). *Never* wait for 400 food; if you are trying to save up, at least make dwarves.
~*You let one of your Ulfsarks die scouting his TC; make sure that doesn't happen. You had the right idea, putting Spy on his goldies, but losing an Ulf is a major loss at this stage. Making two is a questionable (but somewhat reasonable due to the map) decision.
A few other notes:
~~~
~*One longhouse is not enough off of your advance; you should make at least 3-4 ASAP after advancing (unless you're rushing, in which case 1-2 may suffice for a very short time, but let's not get into that). You can't produce units quickly enough without that.
~*Resources unused are wasted resources; invest them in units, upgrades, etc.

Really, I suggest you do some reading and watch some recordings;
here's a good place to start.. Using a build order when you first start out is a good idea so that you'll get a feel for how a balanced economy works. I wish you the best of luck improving; everyone starts out frazzled, it's a complicated game ^^
