Firstly, you added that after my posts...
Secondly, Oranos' strength lies in his ability to raid the crap out of any opponent and control the map in such a way that when he is in Heroic his Destroyers and Dryads can run the enemy into the ground.
The only thing Kronos has going for him is the Krush. If this fails, or you're against Hades/Egypt then he is pointless. Anything he can do Oranos can do better (Theia, faster units, Sky Passages).
Gaia's strength is early game, sort of. She can have a great economy early game, and can easily pull off a variety of starts - 2TC, 3TC, FH, 4:30 Turma spam etc. Her lack of Promethius does mean that by late Classical her army is fairly easy to out-do. At this point onwards, Theia is the only thing left that can save the day. Remember, once your enemy has all economic upgrades, Gaia's bonus is over. All she has then is lush (and cheaper caravans if your trade route isn't fully set up yet). At least Oranos can control the entire map, and can also far more easily protect trade routes and remote farming operations with Sky Passages.
Gaia does not get Helios, who has an amazing God Power and improves Atlanteans' weak siege.
Take my love, take my land, take me where I cannot stand.
I don't care, I'm still free, you can't take the sky from me.
Take me out to the black, tell them I ain't comin' back.
Burn the land and boil the sea, you can't take the sky from me.
There's no place I can be, since I found Serenity.
But you can't take the sky from me...[This message has been edited by DragonQ (edited 11-14-2007 @ 08:55 PM).]
