In that screenshot, we can see topless men with wolf masks/hats and axes. They look a bit larger than the other humans.
Some of them stand near the barracks, some near the wood piles.

What are them? Warriors? or maybe villagers?
Maybe the Norse have dwarves for mining, thosewolfmen as lumberjacks, and normal villies for all the tasks.

What do you think they are? (any clue from ES... )

You are right, it sure looks like wolf masks (or wolf heads).

Perhaps they are elite warriors or one of the norse heroes?

But i don't think they are villies as it looks like they are coming from the barrack...

They are probobally just a new type of Norse infantry unit. Either that, or thats how they look when they change into lumberjacks.

Sweet find L_K! I'm hoping for new infantry units. Too bad there isn't more detail. Maybe they will be featured in a new pic or screenie (or movie) soon.

You've got Odin's eyes there, LK ! Interesting find! This has got to be the newest info from the Norse.

By the way, these wolf-headed men are more muscular than the regular Norse infantry/archer/villager units. They must be an upgrade (perhaps from kills). I wonder if they can get even bigger... You know what I think? I think one of the different types of Norse infantries can be upgraded to those Mountain Giants. That would be really cool!

Anybody remember Aztec Jaguar Warriors? Yes? Good, everyone! Maybe these are Norse Wolf Warriors! That would be pretty cool, as just another line of infantry specifically for the Norse.

By 'regularly' do you mean everyday or every other day? Because if you train everyday, your muscles will not have enough time to repair and build new cells by the next workout session. Thus it's much better If you workout 1 day, rest the next day, and then come back on the day after that.

Also, when someone is weight training for the first time (or just coming back from a long break), it would take on average around 3 months to even feel some changes, and around the 6th months or so - depending on how regularly you workout - you will start to see lots of change in appearance. By 'regularly', I meant that if you work out around 45 minutes a day, 3 times per week, you must attend weekly without taking one or two weeks off. Because if you work hard for one week straight and then take the next week off, you've let your hard work from the previous week went to waste. Taking a day or two off when you're not feeling well is ok. That's normal. (Yeah I do workout hehe. But haven't in a while.)

From the third video:

Quoted from Bruce Shelley:

You can command Greek Hoplites, Egyptian Chariots, and Norse Zwolfzark.

Now I don't know what a Zwolfzark is, but "zwolf" looks awfully close to "wolf."

Yeah, I heard it in the movie, but it is really hard to make out clearly.

Quote:

To escape their wrath, Loki turned himself into a salmon. Odin however, located the fish and sent out an expedition to catch it. When he had been captured, they placed him in a dark cave. Then his son Vali was transformed into a wolf and immediately attacked his poor brother Narvi and killed him.

From the site: http://www.geocities.com/Athens/Delphi/8991/scanda.html#Hodur(scroll down and read Loki's description)

It may be a possible explanation.

Berserker
In Norse mythology, a berserker was a warrior whose frenzy in battle transformed him into a wolf or bear howling and foaming at the mouth, and rendered him immune to sword and flame.

Maybe it is just an upgraded Berserker?

Hey, me again

Quote:

The wolf appears in a dual role in Teutonic and Norse myth, it is a bringer of victory as ridden by Odin/Woden, but Fenris (Fenrir), the giant wolf, is the epitome of evil and one of the monsters created by Loki. He was captured but will return at Ragnarok and will be vanquished ultimately by Vidar. Two wolves, Sköll and Hati, accompanying Odin, depict repulsion and hatred and they incessantly pursue the sun and moon in an attempt to plunge the world into darkness. Wolves are ridden across the sky by the Valkyries. Wolf-headed men appear in Norse art.

Bring your attention to the last line. Interesting...

I thought the men with the axe sand brown clothes (bear fur?) are the berserks, but there's a good chance you're right, and the wolfmen are the berserks.

I think the guys you posted are the original beserks, L_K, but the upgraded verions are the wolf heads. It says that the men turned into wolves and bears, so the man berserkers would come first, then the upgraded wolf headed men would be next.

Yeah, in the original E3 movie it showed that you could distinctly tell when something was upgraded. By the color of the armor, or the different armor it had on.

The problem is, we can see both "wolfwarriors" and "berserks with brown clothes" in the same screenshot, so I assume it isn't an armour upgrade .
