Once my enemy's Titan is unleashed and I haven't one yet, I have one powerful strategy to keep me from getting razed by my enemy;
1. Watch out for the enemy Titan; prepare a few cavalry archers/chariots (if you have, but if you dont just normal archers). Start building your own Titan Gate.
2. Once the Titan nears your village, have the archers fire on their Titan. This will make the Titan try to fight the archers, but run away, and shoot, then run away again (the hit and run tactic). Eventually you will lure the Titan away from your town (if your enemy has an army guarding it, face their army with your army but keep the Titan away).
3. Make sure your archers don't get killed (if they have, make new ones and repeat the tactic). Keep luring the Titan away of the city. Continue building your Titan Gate until it is completed.
4. Let your Titan fight the enemy Titan. Hopefully your Titan will win (if your Titan loses, at least you've weakened the foe's Titan).
I hope this will help you in the Random Maps. I use this strategy when I dont have a Titan yet.
Warcraft III's random maps are just HARD.
Fav. Civilizations: AOE-Babylonian AOE II-Persian AOE II TC-Spanish AOE III-Germans ONLY!
If anyone contradicts my favorite civs, then they're going have to be suck inside my computer and face a thousand Babylonian priests, or five hundred War elephants, or three hundred conquistadors, or five million War Wagons fifty to one!
