As long as you've played enough video games (like me), you can easily see where you're getting attacked, by either quickly glancing (or, in my case, dragging to the place with my mouse faster then the speed of light O.O) or just seeing it by peripheral vision...I
f you can't do that, you have to practice, or change the sound (never thought of that, grrr...). If all else fails, save for a year/several for a new comp, it's not like you'll be only buying it for aom...
