I bought the UBISOFT version of AOM and found that the cd-keys dont work! I this found out in the troubleshooting forum, While this problem is known, the FIX was messaging UBISOFT tech support and they will give you a new key. Well THEY DONT ANYMORE!!! They will not even give you a refund for wasting your money....
This is the conversation I had with them today.

I recently bought Ubisoft Exclusive bundle of Age of Mythology and The Titans expansion and I cannot play online, I always receive the error that this cd-key is currently being in use. I checked online and I found my cd-key listed on the internet and read that others were having the same problem. These are my cd-keys. Please let me know what I can do?
Thanks

Robert,
Unfortunately, we no longer have replacement cd keys available for this game. Thank you for your understanding in this matter.

The only reason I bought this game was for online play, how do I go about getting a refund for this? This is the manufacturers responsibility as this is a defective game.

Ubi Soft cannot provide refunds or otherwise process returns for credit of any kind. Any product refund request must occur at the place of purchase, as the individual retail outlets set their own refund policy.
