Isis FH is stronger in vanilla because Isis is stronger(still cost reduction on aging for faster times, stronger anc/eclipse), but in vanilla the only pure FH that are viable are Isis's, Odin's(high starting hunt against Hades/Poseidon) and Ra's(low hunt ptah/farm/rain FH/two gold mine stuff). You don't even FH on water.
Heroic times are earlier in TT overall. Most gods can't afford not to go full pop classical(and that's on one TC, so that's 12 minute heroic if you haven't been losing units) because of the more aggressive nature of vanilla. The only one that can FH with near 100% consistency is Isis, and it isn't actually the TC stuff that makes it OP. It's just anc/eclipse, quick access to heroic eggy units and super-solid, fast, unstoppable by everybody but Zeus forward gold establishment.
From a vanilla player's perspective, I think classical TCs are way too OP because of how easy they are to get and it feels like two TC semi-FH is way too dominating.
Ra's got awesome miggy unit potential- once Ra is spamming Migdols it's brutal. But Ra's FH is, imho, very risky a lot of the time in both Vanilla and TT. Just doesn't have the same defensive options Isis has and you're pretty vulnerable to a lot of classical army rushes, although with farming you can avoid being raided. Scarab rush against other FHing egyptian works though.
Minor gods that provide a lot of upgrades for rax units are worth getting because they can be fun, Horus spears are pretty good ownage.
