Yes, I messed up my eco very badly mainly because of his attacks, but what could I do vs those hipps all around my base? Just garrisons etc.?

Yes, because my eco was screwed, but again, how should I handle those hipps? Crennelations?

A few spears never hurt (eggy cf actually pwns if you can do it well), and grabbing another Sphynx is great vs civs like Possy, all Atty, and non-Loki Norse. Greek actually has a problem with Myth spam (generally around the Heroic Age and later [the later part applies only if non-Zeus])but you of course can't do that at this point.
Just wall key areas and advance faster with a slightly worse econ as surviving with decent eco > dead with big ego.

A VERY widespread misconception. It is time and speed that matter, not the "1v1 RC beats spears" when it comes to Eggy cf vs Norse. You can still up a little later than 10:00 (I generally up around 12 min) if you play very well after a full fledged cf (i.e. full pop, possibly second TC). First of all, cf is unexpected from Eggy so you got that going for you. Anubites = win. Your eco is just uber and you can get a lot of ups during cf as Eggy while other civs sometimes cannot. You can grab TCs without it hindering your eco and you barely need any on wood and you don't need too many on gold. Not to mention that Eggy eco really gets rolling with early farms. Just throw down farms gradually and you're food is set. Not to mention that your eco is really easy to manage.

Watch Spoeft games, or any vanilla Isis games, CF is no way bad vs Norse...actually they only do it vs Norse

Yes, they forget you can spam eco ups as Eggy in cf unlike most gods due to your cheaper units.
@Arus: That was wrong rec. However, in the rec that you did post you upped to Classical at 7:30. You can NEVER do this if you plan on winning the game lol.

Even if you classical fight, why would you choose Anubis(Anubite + mediocre spear tech) vs bast (sphinx + 2 econ ups)

And it's not like Isis players would actually raid 11 (though I've seen many Eggy players who goldstarve by putting Spearmen at every gold mine, etc; they are pretty fast)
Look at Zeus players, they sometimes raid with Hop/Tox 11

Nirwanda, by speed I am not referring to unit speed, but pace of the game speed. Basically just the space and time factor in short. This is of the utmost importance and what does win you games. You don't need to take down buildings or raid with a unit like RC or Hips or even the Chariots you want to raid with. All you need to do is get map control and starve him from hunt and gold if you can. But the thing that you neglect to mention is that I pointed out earlier is that you can boom like no tomorrow while classical fighting, something the other civs can not come close to in terms of economic power while having a full pop army.
Seeing as how Anubites cost barely any favor it isn't hard to mass them at all (if you put a lot on food in classical and then redistribute you can afford two monuments or put up a second one upon advancing) and if you can micro in the least they shouldn't die if you take advantage of their jump attack. And lowsy serpents are really not that lowsy if used in a battle your opponent thinks they can win in the first place. You just gotta use it back by TA or Turma and it is basically like shockwave. They move their units away and for a few seconds you have much more firepower than your opponent does. And one thing that really irks me when I see people cf vs Atty who don't know what they are doing: They fight Turma in close range in an even battle instead of backing up to Turma's maximum range where they miss like a third of their attacks.
Not to mention that Eggy cf is the perfect counter to Atty 2TC as they lose all their booming power when you can mass an army WAY faster than they can and your boom is still full strength and you get map control.
Also, I'm sure you know those incredibly low hunt (and sometimes just plain low on food, not even berries) Oasis, Alfheim, and sometimes even Ghost Lake maps where you find you get screwed trying to do a fh and find there isn't even enough food to do it, yikes! If I see a map like this I immediately switch my plan to that old Isis expert way of 3 TC booming while cf (the only thing they ever did right imo and I owe them any credit for). Since I've started adopting this strategy I've seen by far more wins than I used to on such ridiculous maps.

I have never been able to Cf Zeus, its suicide
I just Fh and mass chariots and camels, go Osiris and get the mummy to kill his colossi and the camel upgrade,
the only downside is that his bolt will kill your Soo, so I usually send an elephant to a gold mine to try to make him use it
