Greek,
The Greeks are very adaptive, almost any strategy can be applied but Zeus' centaur strangle or Athena rush (especially vs Egyptians), are the way to go
Remember, Greeks are the best classical fighters, hit them hard late classical, and your non Greek enemy will usually resign if he loses too much.
Egyptian
Egyptians have a very weak classical age but the units and techs acquired in the heroic age simply the best in the game
Egyptian economy also has some unique advantages and disadvantages, (pharaoh, slower villagers, cheap buildings etc.) the best option is a fast heroic (surviving classical and achieving an incredibly fast heroic time)
Set is good for safely reaching heroic because he can be aggressive very early classical and still achieve a good heroic time, however, Set has the hardest micromanagement, you will be extremely busy until late heroic.
Ra is also a good choice because his heroic units are upgraded by default and he has a good early economy boost, but lacks good early aggression like Set. Isis can make a better/easier heroic time due to the everything cheaper blessing, but lacks enough good unit upgrades and unlike Set, cannot be as aggressive in classical.
Norse
I am not as skilled with norse, but there are still some general guidelines
With Thor, you will want to be extremely aggressive early, build your base forward and even have longhouses scattered around the area, hit him constantly from every angle with raiders until you have him completely boxed in.
With Odin you will usually want to apply a Thor strategy, but a fast heroic is also an option due to his upgraded heroic units, so think of him as possibly a Norse Ra, Norse are aggressive early, so you wont hit heroic nearly as fast a Ra or Isis, but I have still seen it performed well.
Loki is unique, The late classical hersir rush will be your strategy every single game. less focus on raiding (although it is still essential) and more focus on making a huge crushing blow at around 10:30, I'm not a very good Norse, my fastest Loki/Heimdall TC take down is 12:30
Loki's strategy is often the most effective if performed right, his downside is that he is predictable and has a terrible late game (no Ragnarok) and watchout for Set, he can kill a rush before it even starts.
Atlantean
Im not even going to go into detail, atlanteans have too much focus on late game and early on their fighting ability is terrible. Norse are atty killers, especially Loki - your best bet is Oranos (like the Zeus of atlantis, well balanced) but I would not advise it at all.
Overall, I would say best are (in no order of effectiveness) but just pick one that you are most comfortable with
Zeus Athena rush
Set fast heroic
Ra fast heroic
Loki hersir rush

Well, better than upping at around 4:00 with the cent rush I think you are referring to is just upping around a normal time and making a second cent to go raid with and then start to include cents in your army as they are really good in Greek wars if you aren't so much of a fool to let the ranged hero get you.
