Well yeah, Im running across comments of greek units, and also from my own playing experience, I find a common problem in Greek Civ.
==Greek is a good civ, theres no doubt, they have quite good human units. But I am wondering what the hell is wrong with their lineup of their units techtree and when you can get them.
-Toxotes are quite good, peltasts have a patheticly low attack and die much easier.
-Hippikons are really good, and then when I go heroic and get a few prodromes, (cause you know, its like, they come after hipps, so they must be an improvement, right?) well then, my army usually only wins by sheer number, not their units. Cause the prodromes are usually the shortest ones to live, compared to the hippikons.
-Yeah, hoplites are good, and their heroic counterpart are good too. But I feel that hoplites are still superior of the two.

==So yeah, I came to the conclusion, why the hell are the heroic military greek units put in heroic, after the much better classical units? It makes no sense, they usually suck compared to the first military units you receive. IMO, the lineup should be changed so that the heroic and classical main military units are switched in position, would be much better for balance. As the greeks would get their batter half of their units before other enemies.
I did know this a while ago, didnt just discover it. Discuss.
