Every time I try to get online It says that there is a connection problem, but my connection is perfectly okay.

So is this a common problem that can be fixed? Or am I screwed.

No, the ESO servers must be down. I tried getting on last night and today. The game keeps telling me that there is a problem finding the ESO servers.

I went looking on the forums and Robot Entertainment's AOE3 forums to see if there was scheduled downtime, but I didn't find anything.

I guess we'll just have to try again later. There's always GameRanger in the meantime.

It works for me. You might have the wrong update.

If that doesn't work, then try turning your computer clock back 7 days.

I believe the rest of that error message says something about lack of administrator rights. In this case, you have to right-click on the icon on your desktop, go to "Run As..." and select the Administrator for your computer/network.

There is another solution, if the others don't work.
Its the date of your computer. Change it. Try two weeks ago, or a month.

For some reason, my menu disapears everytime I run vanilla.

It might have something to do with mods/superpack.

Backup folder to new place, delete all of the program files + mygames folders, and reinstall.

I'm not sure what was going on. I just created another account and it got me up and running. I don't know what happened that it wouldn't let me use my old account. It just kept saying the ESO servers could not connect.

Try creating a new account on ESO. It worked for me!

Nottud's tools mess up vanilla's menu, I beleive the solution is to delete his .xmb files.
