Well, my strategy here is first, to gather resources. Ignore the objective, which is to repair Temples. Assign Kastor to protect your villies gainst the early Greek attacks (you should already know where they attack after repeating these scenario several times) so that the enemy can not disturb yor economy or worst, kill a villager or more. Every second in your econmy counts on this scenario if you're playing Tutan. Train 2 to 3 citizens at archaic, assign 1 for wood, 1 for gold, 1 builder and the rest on food. Assign your builder to build wall (or double or triple layer if you like) at the most narrow spot which I do believe is just a few distance away from your main base. By the time you reach Classical, train more citizens and invest more on wood and gold. Build a dock somewhere northwest of your starting base (near an overgrown Oranos and two bears may attack your villager, so bring a soldier or two.) and start fishing operations. You may also build a Transport Ship if you want (to be used later). After that, build as much towers as you can behind your walls and upgrade your walls and towers. By this time you may place Kastor outside your gates to attack any infantry (you can also use your starting troops particularly archers to aid in defending). Just attack, recharge, then attack. If you have enough resources, you may now go to Heroic, then build a Palace, then start training Destroyers. If you're at the pop limit, you may upgrade armory upgrades and further upgrade your walls and towers, then the infantry. The enemy at this point may have invoked the underworld passage; destroy this as soon a you can. You may now restore the Temples. After you feel your base is somehow secured, transport a huge number of destroyers south of the island. (before unloading to the enemy base, you may want to land a destroyer or two on the south isolated island where there are obtainable sky passages where there are lots of gold and you can later assign some of your villies to mine there.) Once you have disembarked on the southern enemy island (the one with a dock, some ships as props, and a myrmidon), assign all of your available destroyers to destroy all the academies. Using shockwave in doing so can help you greatly. Once you have successfully destroyed the 4 academies, the mission would be a whole breeze since the greek defenders would later just defend, only the greek city will attack (almost a certain victory at this point). In case you fail to destroy all 4 academies, just send destroyers on the starting sky passage, unload on the southern sky passages which you just recently obtained, board them on the transport ship you used earlier, then attack again. You may want to gain additional population by destroying the enemy Town Center just south of your base (it's very hard to prevent the enemy from building here in Titan difficulty and never had I.) and claim it. Then, as always, transport a large number of destroyers on the southermost part of the enemy island (the one with Melagius statue), break in through the gate, go straight to the enemy's Town Center and destroy it. You may ignore all the guards and towers that attack you. If you fail, do it over and over again until victory is achieved! (you may want to attempt attacking the enemy TC once the greek city's main army is out to make it a bit easier.)
Recommended minor gods:
Classical: Prometheus, so you can invoke valor on your starting army and to make hero creation cheaper. It's best if you can turn your forces, particularly destroyers to heroes before attacking.
Heroic: Hyperion, so you can upgrade heroic renewal. Upgrading this as soon as you can give you good advantage.
Hope this helps. If this still does not help you, just post on this page again, and tell me which part of my guide needs clarification. So far these steps I included in this guide is what I always do whenever I play it on Titan mode, I always win and it's always easy for me. But I have also completed this on Titan while choosing the alternative minor gods.
