Ok
I just watched your last posted video and I have a number of things that I will (slightly annoyingly pick out) suggest to improve your game as Ra. I play Ra every game atm and have done for a long time.
First of all your econ is not totally managed properly. Your BO seems fine but you had several micro issues with allowing villagers to go to non-empowered drop points like at the start with the deer when you had plenty of spare time to micro atleast some of them to the correct drop point/ switch more of them onto the deer which is closer to the granary.
Also on the change of food source, before your first source runs out drop off 4/5 of you food vils and send them to build the new granary w/o pharoah but make sure to time it correctly to ensure your phaorah does empower their first drop.
With your wood vils, you build a lumber camp straight away, this is not necesary and for the number of initial wood vils used you should really use TC drop point. Walk distance is greater but build time for lumber camp cancels it out easily. Also if you still have only afew wood vils by the time you are herding then you can use one priest to empower wood and herd this way. The initial wood you gather in the first age should be used ASAP to get pickaxe/husbandry.
In the first age you also had 400 gold and had significant gold villagers in dire need of priest empowerment. Make 1-3 priests in the first age to empower your econ. Your econ is very slow compared to how Ra can be played. Make sure your vils aren't idol most the time aswell! Enough of econ.
I understand you were saving for another TC (which wasn't empowered for build aswell!) but at that point you needed barracks and a small army! (and preferably 2 or more towers). The TC was not used for pop or significant villager production, your food production was not well managed or defended well enough to boom two TC's. The TC was just a small area for the enemy to avoid.
You needed to hunt more heavily, as you went for farms earlyish but then didn't justify it with a rain (bad!!). I'd say farms early is wasted gold for towers (unless you really can out food produce him with rain), especially vs Hades where towers matter alot. they reduce the pressure to build huge armies and are practically the only way that eggy classical can really keep up with greek on the battlefield.
Anyway because of your slow econ and delayed (single) barracks build your army was always too small to defend your econ and you suffered greatly for it.
Basically
Wait slightly longer for your TC, it's not necesarily wrong to take it when you did but you had large gaps in villager production so your economy was definately not noticably better than his for it and you spent gold that could be used for well placed (guarding hunt/gold) towers.
vs hades mass slings/some spears and tower up a FB with resources.
Your advance time was fine but could have been improved upon slightly with previous econ suggestions.
Your walls didn't really focus on choke points, this is because you hadn't scouted thoroughly (not enough first age priests) so you knew very little of where he was so you had no chance to raid or cut of his raids.
