In-game description of Skadi's Rime technology says it increases Frost Giants' hitpoints and attack.
The wiki says that, in addition to that, it makes their special attack recharge 25% faster.
Now, looking at the techtreex.xml:
Apparently, it reduces the recharge time of everything owned by the player, and not only Frost Giants, what's up with that?
Also: Multiplying recharge time by 0.75 makes the recharge 50% faster, not 25%.
Something similar happens with the Valley of Kings tech, which says it increases the rate at which Camelry is trained by 66%, but in reality it multiplies the Camelry's buildpoints by 0.33, which means they are actually trained 200% faster.
Has anyone else noticed this?
Could someone more experienced than I confirm the Rime tech affects all units?
