Topic Subject:If it happens as it appears in the SS. I like how farms can be built around trees.

I always disliked the feature of having to hack a tree down before being able to build a farm in the area.
If AOM allows farms to be constructed around single trees I will be pleased.

Watch out for religion when he gets too near." "Living in a world of fantasy, I can hide behind what's real." "Behind a smile, there's danger and a promise to be told, you'll never get old. Life's fantasy, to be locked away and still to think you're free! So live for today, tomorrow never comes. Die young."

In the prior Age series, farms could not be place on a square if a tree was there unless the tree was first hacked.
In the Set SS, the farms surround the individual palm trees.
If I build a granary in an area that has single stragglers, I do not have to chop the trees down in order to build the farms around the granary.

Actually, I always found that annoying in the old age games
I'm pretty sure the trees aren't in the middle of the farms. They look like they're between individual farms.

AoM is not tilebased (in the same way as AoK and AoE) so perhaps farms can simply be placed closer to trees and the like?

The farms look good with trees mixed in with them in my opinion.

Though the terrain is tile base I don't think buildings and trees and stuff must be aligned with tiles look at the many angles the wall comes in.
