Just to make sure I understand. You are glad you do not have the multiplayer test because it will ruin the surprise of the finished version?
Aside from possible changes, campaigns, additional maps, and more than 2v2, the MP test has everything from a game play standpoint.
So I must ask myself: "Self, would you rather wait until October, for a complete game, in order to experience the new things AOM has to offer? or would you rather partake of the MP test and experience the same sensations a couple of months in advance?"
Self responds: "I think we will go with the early experience since the relative changes, and additional items included in the final version will not result in a sense of sadness or loss that we did not wait until October. What is the worst thing that could happen? We have to play the game as though it has been patched, and experience all the additional maps, 6v6 games and the single player campaigns. Oh wait, I almost forgot the scenario editor."
Yep, I definitely will miss out on the experience and joy of receiving a product that will only be better and include everything else that was left out from the MP test when it ships in October. Because I went through all of that at the end of July.

"Behind a smile, there's danger and a promise to be told, you'll never get old. Life's fantasy, to be locked away and still to think you're free! So live for today, tomorrow never comes. Die young."
