I saw a Best Buy ad and it said with your reservation of the game for $10 you would get an "Exclusive Multiplayer Random Map, Screensaver and More!" Thoughts anyone?

What's the point of an exclusive mplayer map if you can't play it with anyone?

Well if other people have it then it's not exclusive right, so why pay for it? In any case it will get transfered by map transfer as people host it. I think you can D/L Ensemble Studios' screensaver anyway and save the $10.

LOL, that's so true and funny . "Exclusive Multiplayer map" LOL! That's so hilarious
Has anyone ever seen the phrase "Fresh frozen chicken?" This is true. I learned in my economic class, that marketing people would find "cute" little ways of tricking innocent customers, and I don't remember when, but the teacher said that some companies labeled their frozen chicken as "Fresh frozen chicken", knowing that it would sell more than just "frozen chicken." LoL .
Fresh = not fronzen
Labelling something as "Fresh frozen" is like saying someone is a "giant midget" hahaha.

1) the $10 is part of the cost, you would pay $50 anyway, this way you get some free junk and you are garentied a copy when it comes out. 2) the other things besides the map are: -downloadable screensaver -downloadable windows media player skin -downloadable "window blinds" which are interesting but boring after a few minutes.
Have a nice day

do or do they have a different screensaver? Buy your copy at Software Etc. then.
I +also+ would like to note the fact that its not an extra $10, its a downpayment on the final cost

!?!?! As a marketing student:
Marketing helps capitalism run. Without marketing you probably wouldn't know anything about microsoft, coca cola, mercedes and other companies that you love. And even if you did, without marketing efforts in planning, distributing, studies of prices and stuff like that you wouldn't have easy access to products.
PS: Sorry for the totally Off-Topic post.

var_iation, I know what an oxymoron is . But that case about the "fresh frozen chicken" wasn't exactly it.
The thing was that, according to some FDA (Food and Drug Administration) definitions at the time, anything that was -32Fahrenheit (0 Celcius) or colder, was defined as "frozen". Knowing that, those frozen chicken companies went out and changed the temperature of their frozen chicken by a few degree, so that their chicken is "fresh". LOL
And therefore, they could mark the price tag on their chickens a lot higher and still get lots of sales, because they were "fresh frozen chicken". It fooled a lot of consumers, I'd bet
BrazilianRaider, not all people in marketing are bad. Just the ones that try to fool people with false or misleading advertising.
