well, this is the most stupid move on AOM. Unit got a new unit graphics after upgrade is a tradition design in AOE/RoR/AoK/AOC, now it is gone in AOM.

Sorry dude, but if the demo is anything like the game, then they still do. Units also get a graphic change when you upgrade them at the armory.

What specifically are you talking about? From my experience the units graphics change with upgrades to the unit line. And something new the graphics also change more subtely with armory upgrades.

i am playing retail one, the unit artwork change only by change the color of the unit (when u have a full upgrade axeman, sliger, the unit just in gold color, that is it)

I'm positive the greek units have graphical updates

Okay I see what you are saying, you think there should be completely different units.
I don't think that fits with AOM as they are supposed to be the same unit, just better.
In AOC, when you upgraded the unit line they became a different unit, militia > man-at-arms > longsword, etc.

In AOM, an axeman is still an axeman throughout the game, not a different unit.

in AOC, paladin still a knight, why they looks so different

a paladin the the last in the knight line, a true historical army would have a few paladin type units and more knight units (cheap vs wealthy)
