Now, i am not sure if this suggestion has bein posted before, or if i am even right, but heres how it goes...
I heard from many people that an O.o.S error LIKELY happens becuase one person's computer is not able to keep up with all the action, which in turn makes his computer fall behind the others, making an O.o.S. well, instead of letting that person make the game go out of sync, and ruing the game for everyone, he should be kicked off the sever before he can do any harm. i think that a patch could do this, as soon as a person is about to go O.o.S he would get kicked off of ESO and the game.
Solution #2
(unlikely, and i hope doesnt get used)

Instead of having a synchronous game they could change it to being an Asynchronous game. what this basicly means that each comp runs its own speed, and therefore each computer see's a diffrent map. this could make games realy screwy becuase one person may see any army on one side of the map, and another would see that same army on another side of the map. Icewind Dale II uses this sytem, and needless to say, a wooping 15 people play it online.i realy hope ESO doesnt use this type of multyplayer.
tell me what u think
