As a keen Ra and Hades player, I can try and help you
The Hades player is (probably) either going to FH or boom and play defensive until late Heroic/early Mythic.
As Ra, you could:
1. Build a classical army of slings and axemen/spearmen and fight aggressivley.
2. FH aswell and make an army of Camels, Elephants, Slings and Chariot Archers.
If you do a FH, you'll have 2 units that can counter Hades' toxotes. Ra is probably best at booming and FHing, so it's probably the best option.
Advance with Ptah in the Classical age, research Shaduf, medium slingers and Electrum Bullets if you have 10 or more slingers. Make some spearmen/axemen incase Hades raids (which they shouldn't).
Boom until you can advance with Sekhmet. Build a migdol to the front of your base and make some camels and CAs.
Build 5 or more Seige towers and research "Ram of the West Wind" to improve them. Make some scarabs and send them to a different area of their base to destroy buildings.
Attack from the side and try to take out as many buildings as possible. Use your slings and camels to take out the toxotes.
If you've managed to destroy their base, carry on until they resign or you win. If you were unsuccessful, advance to the Mythic age with Osiris. Make camels and get Osiris' camel upgrade. Keep making slings and CAs and build catapults with Sekhmet's upgrade. Attack the base which will be damaged and use SoO and mummies to take care of any Cyclopes or Manticores around.
This is definitely not a full proof strategy, just some advice Oh, and for the underworld passage, use scarabs or seige towers to destroy it.
