i play on moderate most of the time, usually as set or ra,and i raid the crap out of the computer. but it always seems like he always has enough resources to advance. does the ai cheat, and give itself resources to advance even without many villagers?

Yes, the computer cheats, but only on the Titan level. Then the computer gains twice as much resources then it gathers. But not on moderate.

That score is only available once you play multiplayer on ESO. Everyone starts with 1600 points quick setup and either wins or loses points by winning or losing games. A 1600 player is generally considered to be a newbie/rook, a 1700 intermediate, 1800 expert and 2000+ pro.
