I'm no expert, but there are some basics to Turma raiding even for non-experts.
You should have at least 2 groups of 4 Turma each near your opponents Base by no later than 5:30. Come in from the sides, not straight on.
Don't mix any other units in with your Turmas, that will only slow them down.
You should raid with multiple small groups of Turmas. While the Heros / Hops are chasing one group (which they can't catch), the other groups are slaughtering their villies.
Stay away from the TC and upgraded Towers.
Bolt or kill villies, not buildings.
Yes, it requires micro, just practice, and don't forget to continue your econ while your off raiding, or you'll just have wasted your time.
FAILURE is not an option, it comes bundled with the software.
