pure and simple their vils can go anywhere meaning that while other civs have like 15 vils in one spot all with low hp the attie player can spread out his eco and if one is attacked its not as devastating in terms of lost vil time as it is for the other civs. Also they have more health so while the enemy could kill a coule of vills on a raid before your army gets there if you were anyone else, he cant do that if youre attie because itll survive for a long time.

Like u say there are goods and bads. and anyway isnt this about hippikon rush not how good a unit is?

I'm with The_Mafia_Man. This is a topic about pulling off a Hippikon rush, not about how good/bad an Atlantean Villager is to a normal villager.

Takes alot of eco to pump out those Hips. And they feel so slow. Just sub par to RCs, it also feels like. If I want to play a Cav game I'll just play a norse god.
