I don't think your build order focus' enough on wood. I don't really play Loki anymore, but for a successful Loki rush you need to be advancing fairly quickly. My strategy was as follows:
First 4 to Food
2 Dwarves to Gold
Oxcart
More villies to food, until you have 7-8 on food
Around 3-4 Villies on Wood. Somewhere in here an oxcart should be thrown on wood, but isn't entirely necessary.
By this time you should have a temple up, and maybe have already thrown a couple more dwarves/villies on gold.
I generally advanced around 5 mins, give or take 20 seconds. This can't be used everytime, but I found this to be the most effective to get to classical quick and pump hersirs/ta out to rush. I usually had a decent army to rush with by 7:00 mins.
