Gaia can make a titan and a wonder easy. To make it more easy, make both and don't waste your time trying to kill your enemy. As Psycho_Mani4c said, go all defensive and use your Titan to kill the enemy Titan when try to get your wonder. Fight near your towers so you have the advantage.
In relation to your other Isis post. I also have been doing some study on how to beat other civs as Gaia. Right now two things can get Isis/Ra FH in the easier way:
1. Do a 5mins 2TC classical build with Oceanus, 2 Barracks, 1 Counter Barracks. Spam murmillos and Turmas. With the Caladria, find all the gold mines near his base. He will build a migdol near his next gold mine, you will destroy it with your murmillos and with your turmas you will fire at his Pharaoh then the Workers. Use the Carnivora when the Pharaoh is dead. Remember they don't have boiling oil, so keep the turmas next to the migdol to avoid losing units. Keep watching the gold mines with your caladria or turmas.
2. Do a 4mins and 7 Citizens classical build with Oceanus and go Heroic unther Rheia. Scout for the gold mines while going Heroic and build 1 barrack and 1 counter barrack and start making arcus and turmas. You will be heroic before the egypt dude, use Traitor on his MU and destroy his migdol more easy with the behemoth. Remember the boiling oil trick and keep your arcus/turmas next to the Migdol in the process. If you can, make 2 behemoths. You can keep them alive use ALT-S and the caladria when they are under fire from Pharaoh/Priests really easy while your Arcus/Turmas kill the priests. Killing his priests will get them out of gold faster, so get your fast turmas and watch the other gold mines because he will be looking for more in other place.
All Gaia stuff is all about speed, so you need practice. If you are slow, your enemy will come with MUs and beat you more easy. In the case of Isis you must have 3 arcus heroes before she cast A/E. Is before because is better to kill the minions while the are poping from the ground or you will need more than 3 heroes.
