Here are my initial impressions for whatever they are worth.
1. Economy. You need to balance your economy. This was a major factor in your loss. You were short on food the entire game. Three dwarves on food will not cut it by a long shot(they were also idle for a good portion of the game). This delayed your advance to classic considerably. Even if you're going all dwarf (which i don't really recommend) you still need lots of food for troops, unit upgrades (which you never got), and tech upgrades. Practice managing your villagers; you had much too much idle time. Watch for the idle villager tab and use the pause key every once and a while if you need to (you're still learning). Also consider how much of each resource you will need once you hit classical and can build barracks and troops and then structure your ecomony to make sure you build up those resources while researching classical.
2. Scout. Your scout was also idle for long periods of time. You need to keep him constantly moving, locating resources, or building. You need to know ahead of time where your next resources are and where the enemy is relative to them. Also use your ulfsark to build a house once you reach 12-13 population. This slowed you down at bit.
3. Your raid. (a) Timing. The earlier you raid the better. A quarter of the troops you used about 5 minutes earlier would have done a lot more damage. 5-6 TAs and an Hersir or two can devastate the moderate AI if you attack at around the 7-9 minute mark. (b) Even so you could have done some decent damage with your raid if you picked better targets. Rushing a TC with 8-10 TAs is suicide, go for his economy and stay out of the range of his TC. Remember that TAs don't react well to arrow fire. Some better scouting would have helped you tremendously here. At the time of your attack you had no idea where his economy was. Regarless, leave his TC alone until his economy is devastated and you have a few strong myth units or some siege engines. Also once your Hersir died you didn't make anymore; a couple mixed in with your troops are very valuable especially against Loki.
I suggest that you practice building a strong and balanced economy (balanced relative to your needs of course). Around 11-15 on each resource should be fine if you play as Norse vs 1 comp opponent. Also try to get to the point where you advance to classical at around the 5-6:30 minute mark. You may want to drop the difficulty down to easy for a few games while you practice this (so you don't panic).
