Purpose of this FAQ:The purpose of this FAQ is to provide clear, detailed solutions to the questions that are most frequently asked in this forum. As the title suggests, you should always read this FAQ before asking a question when you have a problem; the chances of your problem having a known solution that is laid out in this FAQ are high.
