For the anubite over the sandpit, it's just teh anubite jumping. I can't answer youre other questions right now, either besides the fact that olny the anubite can jump

don't worry about the bad armature layout yet, you should revise and revise. make screenshots: go to file ->screenshot (in the editor) press ctrl+F11 (in game)
Amandra jump as well.
and good luck on ur campaign... really my best wishes.
To make campaigns:
1)Patience and control: (it's all very very likely)
At first you are pumped ->then
for at least couple of weeks (months for me) at a chance as high as 90% you will have a lot of frustration on waiting for members to join. ->at this point you are most likely to give up... DON'T!
then another period of time (again, months for me) you won't have an audience. -> again, don't give up!!! show everyone what you can do! I've started a uber-long campaign half a year ago, now finally on a high speed of construction.
2)do most of the work yourself
I can almost guarantee u that ur campaign would be nothing but a dream IF you are ONLY WRITING THE STORY. Writing the story is the easiest thing, and it's unfair how you would be the leader while others do hard work and you claim to be the top dog.
start it already before anyone else join. You might even finish the thing yourself. So why wait.
be omniscient. keep track of everything, they are depending on your knowledge. You are the overlord, tho it takes a lot of time, but do take the time review their maps, if no time to test them all, look over their triggers and play test for a short time. Reply to all their messages and questions. be attentive. Cause a bit frustration due to the fact you can't always keep everything in ur brain that well, and it hinders your own map production for the campaign.
3)quality over release time
it's a campaign, as far as i understand it, don't rush. a crappy job would make everyone dislike it, to a degree higher than scenario and much higher than online triggered maps.
so take easy on your crew. so always be kind to them, they are the best you could find and keep in mind that there's no where else in the world can you find such a good crew as he anymore.
